Built by someone who had to run the programme first.

The platform was written by a continuous improvement practitioner of twenty-eight years — across oil and gas, ports and shipping, manufacturing, tourism and government-owned enterprises, in the Gulf, Europe and North America.

Every rule in the system came from something that went wrong in a real programme: a saving no one in finance would accept, a verifier who had also been the implementer, a gate that was reported green and never passed, forty trained people and nothing to show. The software exists because spreadsheets could not hold the line on any of it.

It is built and maintained from Muscat, in Arabic and English together, for organisations in this region — not localised into it afterwards.
